OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE*
Our goal is to create long-term relationships with
our clients, so we are committed to doing whatever it takes
to ensure your complete satisfaction, including reservicing
you at no additional cost if necessary.
*Service must be provided within one week of original service date and involve the same or comparable service.

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are recommended for all services. However,
last minute availability is always a possibility – don’t
hesitate to call.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that we may provide all our clients with timely service. Arriving late for an appointment may result in time lost with your salon professional.
While we do understand that unforeseeable events may force you to cancel your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us 48 hours notice of any cancellations. We have an extensive waiting list, and those clients would greatly appreciate that time.
CHILDREN
For the safety and comfort of everyone, we ask that unless your
child is receiving a salon service you refrain from bringing them with you.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, personal checks and all major debit and
credit cards and ask that services are paid for upon completion. Returned
checks will be charged a $25 fee.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of your service
and at your discretion, they are greatly appreciated. The recommended amount in the industry is
18-20% of your service fee. We apologize for the
inconvenience; however gratuity cannot be applied to credit
cards.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount for our services. They are
non-refundable and expire one year after the issue date. Blush
Salon will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift
cards.
